Church of St. Uriel the Archangel

  We thank you for visiting our pre-school website and considering enrolling your child or children in our school.  We know that you are entrusting the well-being of your child into our care, and therefore, we do not take this responsibility lightly.  We have students in our school whose parents once attended many years ago.

 

At St. Uriel's we believe that all children are a gift from God and that their birth was a marvelous creation.  That is the reason St. Uriel's Pre-School was founded over fifty years ago.  Our pre-school was started under the Rectorship of Father Raymond Miller.  St. Uriel's Pre-School continues in that fine tradition that every child has value and is loved by God.  Mother Teresa said, "Every human life has its origins in the heart of God."

 

The parish pre-school, while operating independently from the parish, is sponsored by St. Uriel's.  As a result of this, we have been able to keep our tuition rates low.  While we are a Christian School, we do not teach any one particular denominational doctrine.

 

Several years ago we completely renovated the school.  As you will see as you visit our website, the school grounds and buildings are in pristine condition.  We are licensed through the State of New Jersey Department of Children and Families.  As a result, we continue to pass all State, County, and Local regulations insuring the safety of our children, parents, and staff.  Since the safety of our students and staff are paramount, we strictly adhere to all State, Fire, Health, and Sanitation requirements.

 

In regard to our school staff, our staff has worked together for many years, which offers the students continuity in their learning and playing environment.
